The Scholar Parent Association Scholarship is funded by current and former Dolphin Scholar Parents who have decided to give back to the next generation. Scholar parents recognize the sacrifices their children made growing up in a Navy Family and wish to support the academic goals of other young adults from submarine families as they embark on their own journeys.
