Move-In Kit Online Campaign

Your Chance to Help Newly Housed Families!

For the past eighteen months, Building Futures and our community have worked together to provide Move-In Kits for newly housed individuals and families. The kits have included 35 items such as cleaning supplies, kitchen items, a microwave, air mattresses, sheets and towels, and more. We are proud to have used every penny raised to purchase and provide these items!

Because Building Futures is housing so many families and individuals, we’re focusing on the most important items, the things a household cannot do without. We've narrowed it down to just 12 “home essentials'' totaling $360 for a mother and two children. This way, we can help more families to get up and running in their new homes. And you can help!

By making an online donation here, you can "shop" for a newly housed family with our housewarming “gift registry.” We use the money donated to buy the most-needed items and fill in the gaps for our families. We aim to provide the necessary items they need for the first month of housing.
